Do you deliver bikes to my hotel?

Accepted Answer

Yes — within Port de Pollença we deliver to your hotel or Airbnb for €15 drop-off and €15 collection. Your bikes arrive fitted, pre-tuned and ready to ride. We don't deliver beyond the port just yet.

Do I need to book in advance?

Accepted Answer

During Mallorca's peak cycling season — March to May and September to October — demand is very high. We strongly recommend booking online several weeks ahead to guarantee your exact model and frame size. Outside those months you can often book at shorter notice, but online is always the surest way to lock in availability.

Question 3

Which bike brands do you rent?

Accepted Answer

Our premium fleet includes Argenta, Trek, Canyon and Giant carbon road bikes plus pedal-assist e-bikes. Every bike is professionally serviced before each rental.

Question 4

Are helmets and accessories included?

Accepted Answer

Each bike comes with a saddlebag, spare tube, tyre levers and a multi-tool. Helmets, pedals, water bottles and other accessories are available as add-ons for €1 per day each — you'll see every extra and its price when you book.

Question 5

What about a deposit and damage?

Accepted Answer

We don't take a security deposit. Instead, you can add optional damage insurance when you book for extra peace of mind, and we'll walk you through how it works at handover.

When are you open and how does pickup work?

Accepted Answer

We're open every day, from 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 7pm, through the Mallorca cycling season. Pick up at our base in Port de Pollença, or — within the port — we'll deliver to your hotel or Airbnb (€15 drop-off, €15 collection). Choose your dates when you book and we handle the rest.

Is the bike insured? Can I add damage cover?

Every rental can include optional damage insurance, which you add in a couple of clicks when you book. It's there for peace of mind — if the bike is accidentally damaged during your rental, your liability is reduced, and we'll explain exactly how it works (including any excess) at handover. The price depends on the bike — a full-carbon road bike differs from a city or kids' bike — and you'll see it clearly before you confirm. It covers accidental damage to the bike, not theft or loss, and it isn't a personal travel or health insurance.

How do I know my correct bike size?

Accepted Answer

When you book online we ask for your height and, optionally, your inseam. Based on that, our system and mechanics pick the ideal frame size for you — and we fine-tune it in person when you pick up the bike.

Question 9

Can you adjust the bike to my measurements (bike fit)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At pickup, a member of our team sets saddle height, setback and handlebar reach to your preferences. If you know the exact numbers from your own bike — for example saddle height from the bottom bracket — bring them along and we'll match your position before you head out.

Question 10

Can I request specific pedals for my cycling shoes?

Accepted Answer

Of course. We have pedals for SPD-SL (road), SPD (MTB) and Look Keo systems, plus traditional flat pedals. Tell us your preference when you book so they're mounted and ready at pickup. Prefer your own pedals? Bring them and we'll fit them on the spot.

How long does a full-day rental last?

Accepted Answer

A full-day rental runs from 9:00 to 19:00. Where we can, we're happy to be flexible — depending on your plans and bike availability.

Question 12

Can I rent for several days or a whole week?

Accepted Answer

Yes — rent for as many days as you like. Choose your start and end dates when you book and the price is calculated automatically. Multi-day and week-long rentals are popular for training camps and cycling holidays.

Do you have bikes for kids and families?

Accepted Answer

Yes — alongside our road bikes and e-bikes we have lightweight kids' bikes and relaxed city bikes, so the whole family can ride together. You'll see the available sizes for each model when you book.

What if I get a puncture or mechanical issue on a ride?

Accepted Answer

Every bike goes out freshly serviced and with a saddlebag — spare tube, tyre levers and a multi-tool — so a roadside puncture is easy to sort. If something happens that you can't fix yourself, call us and we'll talk you through it or arrange a solution.

Can you help me plan routes like Cap de Formentor or Sa Calobra?

Absolutely. We ride these roads every week. Tell us your level and we will recommend routes, profiles and the right bike — from the Cap de Formentor lighthouse loop to the legendary Sa Calobra climb.
